Black Beluga Lentils, 1kg


Organic black beluga lentils are a tiny black lentil with a rich earthy flavour, soft texture and are easy to cook.

TO COOK: Add 1 cup of lentils to 3 cups of water, boil for 2 mins then simmer for 30 mins or until soft.

TIP – Cook them all at once and then freeze them into portions… You can throw them into any dish straight out of the freezer! Save money on tins… and kinder on our earth 🙂
