Hello organic food lovers!! 🙂
A quick update from the organic food garden:
- GARLIC – next week may be the last of the (Australian) Russian Garlic. So stock up!! This garlic is fabulous and we do not have a replacement garlic supplier at this stage.
- BROWN ONIONS – We were hoping to add these to the extra’s list, but unfortunately as the season is coming to an end for onions, supply is getting low and the quality cannot be guaranteed.
- BANANA PRICES have risen over the last two weeks and it seems they will be staying up for the foreseeable future (due to higher demands from Supermarket chains).
- ORGANIC CORN – Unfortunately it has not been a good crop for Australian certified farmers this year – therefore, your organic popcorn order may have to wait until 2015!
- CITRUS AND AVOCADOS – Local supply available soon!

We will also be selling Bliss Balls and home-made Chia Seed Porridge…just perfect with a cup of chai!
What’s Chia Seed Porridge I hear you ask :))…
It’s a sugar free, dairy free SUPERFOOD blend of Organic chia seeds (soaked in home-made almond milk). Then a handful each of organic goji berries, organic cacao nibs, organic cashew nuts, Australian sunflower seeds and local raw stringybark honey. All of this layered with OH SO CREAMY organic coconut cream, raspberries and Australian blueberries.. Combined with a good dose of cinnamon and a little pinch of nutmeg. The end result = NUTRITIOUS DELICIOUSNESS!!
There’s only 10 jars to be eaten… so come down early.
