The challenge is quite simple…attempt to refuse single-use plastic during July.
Plastic Free July aims to raise awareness of the amount of single-use disposable plastic in our lives and challenges people to do something about it. You can choose to either refuse ALL single-use plastics or try the TOP 4: plastic bags, water bottles, takeaway coffee cups and straws. Collect any unavoidable single-use plastic you buy (keep in a ‘dilemma bag’ and share it with us at the end of the challenge).
Photo’s sent in can be as simple as getting a takeaway coffee WITHOUT a lid (of having a take-in coffee instead!). Every photo sent will put your name into the draw again. ALSO – look out for our separate competitions in participating cafe’s: Like Minds and Wise Food Cafe’s in Avoca.

I am in…….it will be an interesting flight home from Canada!? I cannot stand plastic bags, coffee cups or straws…..lets get them out of our lives!
