ThisĀ one’s for the KIDS… with just two ingredients, it is super quick, easy and YUMMY!
YOU NEED (double this if you are feeding two hungry mouths or more)
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
OPTIONAL
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- drizzle of maple syrup
Mash the banana with a fork, break in the egg and whisk in. Add cinnamon if you like. Drop spoonfuls into a heated frypan (with a little melted coconut oil or butter). Turn heat down. Cook for three or four minutes each side. Serve on a plate with a drizzle of maple syrup. YUM!
Makes approximately 4 small pancakesĀ or 15 mini mouthful size ones!
