It’s time to JUICE IT UP!

The health benefits of juicing include a faster, more efficient way to absorb immune boosting nutrients naturally found in fruits and vegetables. It is such an easy way to add more vegies into your diet… and if you have a fussy child or two that will not eat their vegies, then introducing a daily juice will be so beneficial!
If you are still a little scared of the ‘Green Juice’, start with more fruit and then slowly (but surely!) you can start adding in the greens. I often stick with apple, ginger and lime as the base of my juice and then you can’t go wrong with whatever goes in thereafter.
We hope to include the following items in our juice box:
carrots, apples, celery (when in season), oranges, cucumber, beetroot, kale, herbs, ginger, lemon/limes
Always make sure you use organic (or spray free) produce!
