ORGANIC JUICING BOX now available
The Nurtured Earth crew are keen ‘juicers’. Therefore we are pretty excited about this new addition to our range!
Our new organic box of juicy goodness is priced at $35. We are very keen to get your feedback! This box will supply a small family with a juice each, every day, for a week. We would also consider doing a smaller box if this is what you want! Currently you can expect to see the following in the box (depending on availability that week of course!):
- 1 kg
apples - 3kg carrots
- 100g ginger
- 2kg oranges
- 4 limes or lemons
- Kale/spinach/or other leafy greens
- Beetroot
- Large cucumber
- Celery (when available) will replace some of the items above
We are also happy to replace items with other produce if you don’t like or need something that week. Just write your preference in the note section on the check out page!
We recommend adding a bunch of your favourite herbs too!
It’s Horticultural Therapy Awareness Week
Horticultural Therapy is defined as a process of using plants and garden related activities to promote well-being of mind, body and spirit.
This week the Nurtured Earth team aided by Suzi Cutcliffe enjoyed some seriously good therapy on the Nurtured Earth Farm … And look how it worked! :)))
So remember, wellbeing is not just about what we eat, it’s about how we interact with the world around us!
