The loaves of La Tartine (Australia’s first certified organic sourdough bakery) are highly sought after across cafΓ©s, food stores and markets in Sydney and surrounds.

Organic flour from Gunnedah, filtered tap water and Murray River salt are all that make up a La Tartine loaf this side of the equator.
