The loaves of La Tartine (Australia’s first certified organic sourdough bakery) are highly sought after across cafés, food stores and markets in Sydney and surrounds.

Organic flour from Gunnedah, filtered tap water and Murray River salt are all that make up a La Tartine loaf this side of the equator.
