
Into a 200ml (or larger jar):
- 50ml good quality Balsamic Vinegar
- 150ml extra virgin Olive Oil
- pinch of Salt
- two twists of cracked Pepper
- 1 crushed clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Seeded Mustard
- 1 tsp raw Honey
- OPTIONAL – Good dash of apple cider vinegar and or flaxseed/hemp seed oil – all for added nutrition
Put on the lid and SHAKE IT. You will only need about half of this for a medium size salad. The rest will keep in the pantry for more than a week. Don’t be afraid to add in your favourite herbs too!
