We are grateful to have supply ofย LOCAL EGGS from Grace Springs Farm in Kulnura. These eggs come from hens that are on pasture all day every day. This means a superior egg with nutritional components off the charts!
These eggs are worlds apart from the industry labelled โfree range,โ which can be up to 10,000 birds per hectare (basically a dust bowl where most of the birds stay in the sheds anyway).
