I started to make Nettle soup (as promised) BUT noticed I had a heap of slithered almonds that needed using so FLIPPED to PESTO. . I used what I had: Garlic, fresh coriander, wild Nettle, lime juice and rind, olive oil, rocket, parmesan, slithered almonds, salt and pepper. . I love it!
