One of our favourite ways to enjoy them is as crispy roasted wedges with a creamy lime quark dip. ✨ Sweet Potato Wedges • 2 large sweet potatoes • 1 tbsp arrowroot • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp paprika • ½ tsp oregano • Salt & pepper Toss together and roast at 220°C for 25–35 minutes until golden. ✨ Lime Quark Dip • 250g quark • Zest of 1 lime • 1–2 tsp lime juice • ½ tsp paprika • ½ tsp oregano • Salt & pepper Mix together and serve with warm wedges.
