One of our favourite ways to enjoy them is as crispy roasted wedges with a creamy lime quark dip. โœจ Sweet Potato Wedges โ€ข 2 large sweet potatoes โ€ข 1 tbsp arrowroot โ€ข 1 tbsp olive oil โ€ข 1 tsp paprika โ€ข ยฝ tsp oregano โ€ข Salt & pepper Toss together and roast at 220ยฐC for 25โ€“35 minutes until golden. โœจ Lime Quark Dip โ€ข 250g quark โ€ข Zest of 1 lime โ€ข 1โ€“2 tsp lime juice โ€ข ยฝ tsp paprika โ€ข ยฝ tsp oregano โ€ข Salt & pepper Mix together and serve with warm wedges.
