Tinapay Artisan Sourdough is a traditional long prove Sourdough bread. Their natural leaven (or Mother) was captured right here on the Central Coast 6 years ago! Jerrymay is the Baker (and a qualified Chef).
The name Tinapay means ‘Bread’ in Tagalog. Tagalog is a language used in the Philippines which is Jerry’s nationality. Jerrymay lives with her husband Ashley in Saratoga.
