At last, guilt free Chocolate…Full of nutrients, antioxidants and deliciousness!!
AND unbelievably easy to make!
100g Cacao Butter
- 65g Cacao Powder
- 40g Honey (raw)
- A good pinch of quality salt, crushed finely
- ALMOND CHOCOLATE OPTION For dark chocolate with almonds ADD 75g chopped almonds (raw or toasted)
On a very low heat melt the cacao butter stirring constantly (it’s best to cut the butter into small even pieces so it melts evenly and doesn’t burn!).
Remove from heat and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into chocolate moulds or into a baking dish lined with grease proof paper.
NOTE – If using a baking dish and you would like uniform sized squares, after 15 minutes or so score with a knife.
