I LOVE this recipe…undoubtedly because I’m a ‘wanna-be-vegan’… but find the thought of giving up cheese TERRIFYING! :))
PLUS – this ‘parmesan cheese’ is PACKED with nutrients: Selenium, B-complex, Vitamin E and loads of minerals. Top this with the fact that it will take just a couple of minutes to make and will last in the fridge for a couple of weeks!
You will need a food processor.
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup (90g) Brazil Nuts
- 3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt (ground)
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Granules
Put all the ingredients into your food processor. Process just long enough to create a fine meal (don’t over process!).
Store in an airtight jar in your fridge.
For a special treat, toss it over cooked potato wedges and then cook for a further five minutes! Yum!
